Questions

What parents ask us first.

What happens if the visa is refused?
We appeal or reapply at no extra fee, and everything paid towards the trip is held or refunded in full.
How do I reach my child while they are away?
A daily group call window, photos each evening, and a WhatsApp line straight to the trip leader.
Who cooks for the children?
Our own chef travels with the group and cooks breakfast and dinner at the accommodation.
What age groups do you take?
Six to eighteen, grouped by age. The 6–12 friendly tournament runs on the London and Manchester itineraries.
How far ahead should we book?
Four to six months, so visa appointments and the school exchange day are confirmed in good time.
